Most of our services begin with a simple phone call. Based on your needs, you will be connected to the program that will be most helpful. We will work with you to get the right services in place as soon as possible.

Our Services
Timely Access Service
Our Timely Access program is a point of intake for children, youth and families, that offers a collaborative community approach to assess the need to access mental health services and other types of supports. Our goal is to identify strengths, needs and risks, and collaboratively determine next steps.
Youth Justice Services
Our Youth Justice Services provide specified mental health programming for youth age 12 to 18 and their supports. Goals
Crisis Support
Across programs and services, Centre staff will assess the needs of all clients and coordinate a response that addresses the needs for stabilization, de-escalation and the development of a safety plan, in collaboration with other supports including the Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team.
Violence Against Women Services
The Renascence Program is a community-based counselling program that provides confidential individual and group counselling and referral support for women over the age of 16 who have experienced gender-based violence.
Counselling & Therapy
Our Counselling & Therapy program offers a series of planned interrelated interventions based on an assessment of the child, youth and family's multiple risks, needs and strengths. Services are provided within the context of the child or youth's family, culture and community.
Intensive Services
Intensive Services programming includes a range of services. These services are customized and delivered based on the assessed needs of the children, youth or families. Intensive services are delivered in a variety of settings; home, school, in community.
Consultation
The Centre offers consultation to individuals, community groups, and service providers, in accordance with our programs and frames of clinical practice. Access to a clinical consultation begins with a call to the Centre.
Community Capacity Building
The Centre is funded to provide priority service to families who are working with the Huron-Perth Children's Aid Society. This Program is funded by: MCCSS
Family Capacity Building and Support
Family Capacity Building and Support programs promote the resilience of families, the integral role families have to play, and their capacity to support children and youth with mental health concerns. Capacity building and support services will enable the entire family to better address a child or youth's mental health concerns and be active partners in the delivery of core services.
Targeted Prevention
Targeted Prevention services focus on enhancing relationships and broadening the understanding of mental health and wellness. Targeted Prevention activities build skills, competencies, create awareness and opportunities for the development of resiliency in collaboration with a variety of partners invested in the mental health and wellbeing of our communities.
