Timely Access Service
What is it?
Our Timely Access program is a point of intake for children, youth and families, that offers a collaborative community approach to assess the need to access mental health services and other types of supports.
Goals
- Identify strengths.
- Assess needs and risks.
- Collaboratively determine service options.
- Ensure that children, youth and their families receive the right service at the right time, and in the right place.
Who is it for?
- Children, youth (up to the age of 18), families and their supports.
How to access?
- A call to the Centre to determine next steps.

Brief Services:

Solution –focused sessions (in person, by phone or virtual)

Case Management and Service Coordination: consultation with other professionals and agencies who are also involved with your child and family; referrals to other services in the community

Referral to Tele-Mental Health (access to child psychiatric consultations by video conference)

Linkage to the Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team for situations for which crisis intervention may be needed
