Community Capacity Building

 

What is it? 

The Centre is funded to provide priority service to families who are working with the Huron-Perth Children's Aid Society.

Goals  

• Meet the child and youth mental health needs of children youth and families' connected to the child welfare system
• Work in collaboration with the child welfare system and other service providers

Who is it for?  

• Children, youth (up to the age of 18), families and their supports.

How to access?

• A call to the Centre to determine next steps.
