What is it? 

Our specialized consultation and assessment services can provide diagnostic services to children, and youth as well as consultations to community partners to align with a multi-disciplinary approach in working with children, youth, and families. 

Goals 

• Completion of Psychological Assessment, for diagnosis, and/or consultative purposes 

• Provide advice or direction about diagnosis, or treatment planning  

• Enhance treatment planning and interventions utilized  

Who is it for?  

• Children, youth (up to the age of 18), families and their supports. 

How to access? 

• A call to the Centre to schedule an access appointment. 

Note: for continuity of care, all children and youth who access an assessment will be connected to an HPC service provider.
